COVID-19 Update: We are currently having no issues with shipping packages in a timely manner due to COVID-19.
Business Days and Holidays
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders will ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will not be processed for shipping until Monday morning. If an order is placed on a holiday, it will not be shipped for up to 2 business days after the holiday. Holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and any other dates Rume Naturals may be closed due to company functions.
If there is a special holiday sale, your order will ship as soon as possible based on order volume. First come, first shipped out based on availability of products.
If a product is a pre-order, we will not ship until product is in stock. If you decide that you want to order a mix of currently in stock and pre-ordered products we may choose to ship the products together in one shipment if the pre-ordered product will be in stock within 5 business days. If not, we will ship the current in stock product(s) immediately, and the pre-ordered product(s) will be shipped at our cost when available.
If your order cannot fit in our largest box, we will pay to cover the shipping costs for more than one box. We will also provide you with a second tracking number. If multiple boxes are shipped, packing lists with items included in the each box will be provided.
The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
Orders may be delivered to one address. The shipping address may differ from the billing address. If you need to ship gift boxes to more than one address you will have to create a separate order.
Gift boxes with handwritten cards where dates of birthdays, anniversaries, special events are indicated, will be shipped with priority. Packing slips will not be included in gift boxes. Possible modified packing slips can be included without prices. Once a gift box has shipped and we have provided you with tracking information, no changes can be made to the order. If you need to add additional items, you will need to create a new order.
Subscription boxes will be shipped out on the 1st business day of each month. If the 1st business day so happens to be a holiday, the box will be shipped up to 2 business days after. As long as you have an active and current subscription to either our Standard or VIP monthly boxes, a box will ship to you. If when Rume Naturals goes to process your payment for your monthly shipment and the payment does not go through, we will attempt again to charge your card for the subscription and your box(es) will be shipped as soon as this payment is received. Your normal subscription will still occur if during the next month, an active subscription is in place and a successful payment has gone through during our normal payment processing time.
If we have attempted to charge your subscription box after 3 months and have not received payment, we will automatically cancel your monthly subscription service.
Free Shipping Terms and Conditions
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions to customers. The total purchase price of products before taxes, discounts, and shipping & handling must equal the order value listed on the site or be part of a “Free Shipping” promotion. All orders will ship Priority Mail.
For military addresses as well as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, orders will qualify for free shipping once any free shipping conditions have been met for current promotions.
We reserve the right to change or cancel a promotion at any time without notice.
Shipping Courriers: We ship our packages via USPS.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. Please contact Rume Naturals if you have any issues with this link.
Rume Naturals is NOT responsible for lost packages or delayed delivery service via USPS especially under adverse weather conditions, high volume package delivery, and unforeseen shipping errors. Refund of shipping costs due to any of these reasons are prohibited. Please contact us if you are having an issue receiving a package and we will help you as best we can.
