Most orders will ship within 1 business day. If an order is placed on a holiday, it will not be shipped until two business days after the holiday.

Items may be returned within 30 days if they are in new, resellable condition and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on sale merchandise or damaged/used product not due to our error.
For all Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges, you must contact Earthangel Soaps to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). We may only accept returns of products purchased directly from earthangelsoaps.com website.
Once we have received your request, we will send you an email response. Refunds will be processed to original form of payment in a timely manner. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Body Butters are exempt from being returned. Our Body Butters are special (just like you). If there is a problem with a Body Butter please contact us ASAP.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please check credit card or bank to double check. Sometimes there is lag in processing time with posting refunds. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email to: email@example.com
Shipping product back to us:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item for any reason other than our error. Please consider using a trackable service as we are not responsible if it is not received.
Our products are currently only available for purchase in Canada, the United States of America (USA), and Europe. If you are located outside of these regions and are interested in our products, please get in touch through our Contact Page.
